<p>We consider a parcel "lost" only after <strong>25 business days</strong> from shipment. If your item does not arrive within this period, we will reship it for free or issue a full refund — no questions asked.</p>
<p><strong>Multiple Items & Split Shipments</strong></p>
<p>Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, accessible from your order confirmation page.</p>
